TABITHA KUCHARCZYK 

As a
military wife and mom of three, Tabitha has lived, worked and volunteered in
and around Fort Liberty (formerly Bragg) since 2008. In 2010, she earned her
North Carolina real estate license and steadily rose to be among the top in her
field -assisting some 700 families and counting- with buying or selling homes.

“I understand what makes our community and the people so special,” says
Tabitha. “From the Dogwood Festival to locally owned restaurants and shops in
downtown Fayetteville, Pinehurst and Southern Pines … to the Fourth of July
celebration on post, this region is a special place that I’m proud to call
home.”

a “40 Under 40” honoree by The Fayetteville Observer in 2020. She also has held
key leadership positions in her Family Readiness Group at Fort Liberty. A
professional who juggles tasks with ease, Tabitha will tell you that her work
ethic was developed as a child growing up on a 300-acre turkey farm in
Illinois, just an hour west of Chicago. Always an achiever, Tabitha earned her
Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising from the University of Illinois
Urbana-Champaign. Leading with warmth and approachability, she became a top
sales executive with Florida Today newspaper before moving to North Carolina
and embarking on a successful real estate career. She is known for her focused
energy, a knowledge of the market, being highly organized and an unwavering
commitment to excellent customer service.
